God’s commandments are like a special guide from God to help us live well and love others. They teach us to put God first, honor and respect our parents, and always tell the truth. We should be kind and not hurt others, stay loyal to our families, and be honest by not stealing or lying. The commandments also remind us to be happy with what we have and celebrate others’ blessings. By following these rules, we can grow closer to God and build a caring community. (Exodus 20: 3-4, 7-8, 12-17)
